These Terms govern your use of Seedance 2 Mini at seedance2mini.im. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Seedance 2 Mini lets users upload an image, write a prompt, and generate short AI videos using third-party AI models such as V1 Pro Fast Image-to-Video.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, prompts, uploads, generated content, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

Credits and Billing

Seedance 2 Mini uses credits for generation. Credits may be granted for free trials, purchased as credit packs, or included in subscription plans. Different model settings may consume different credit amounts.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and payment method validity.

Generated Content

You are responsible for reviewing and using generated output. AI results may be inaccurate, unexpected, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must ensure your uploads and generated content comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Seedance 2 Mini to create illegal content, sexual exploitation material, harmful deepfakes, non-consensual impersonation, harassment, hate, malware, fraud, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

You may not abuse free credits, automate account creation, bypass rate limits, scrape private areas, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with platform security.

Service Availability

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. We may modify, pause, rate limit, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific generation quality.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, abuse payments or credits, or use the product unlawfully.

Disclaimer

Seedance 2 Mini is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
